🌿 Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Niinaz Natuurals, every product is made with love, care, and pure natural ingredients. We take every step to deliver your order in perfect condition.

However, in the rare case you face an issue, please review our policy below.

❓1. What is your online return policy?
If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@niinaznaatuurals.in .

Kindly include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

    Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per eligibility.
    Note: Used, opened, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

    ❓2. How can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.

    To cancel, email us at care@niinaaznatuurals.in with your order number. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

    ❓3. How will I get my refund?
    If your prepaid order qualifies for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method

    within 710 business days (subject to your bank’s processing time).

    4. What if I receive a damaged, incomplete, or wrong order?
    In the rare case of receiving a wrong or damaged order, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery, along with pictures of:

  • The product

  • The outer packaging
    After reviewing your claim, we’ll send a replacement or process a refund promptly.

    5. What items are not eligible for return or refund?

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift boxes, sample kits, and promotional items

  • Sale or discounted products (unless damaged)

  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice 

❓6. When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within 2448 hours (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

Delivery usually takes 37 working days, depending on your location. We’ll share your tracking details via email or SMS once shipped.

❓7. How are the products packaged?
Every product is bubble-wrapped and securely packed in a sturdy, recyclable carton. Fragile items receive additional protection to ensure they reach you safely.

  • Refunds are subject to product inspection and approval.

  • Niinaz Natuurals reserves the right to deny a return not meeting policy conditions.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    • Orders placed on marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart must follow their respective return

      policies.
